London Sales: 8am to 6pm Monday - Friday, Tel 020 7241 8787.
Denaby Sales: 8am to 6pm Monday - Friday, Tel 01709 856 012.
Denaby customer collection capability: 24 hours per day, Monday – Friday.

If I have a complaint who can I talk to?
You can talk to anyone in the management team about any aspect of Eland Cables' service. However, the best person to address if you have a complaint will be the manager of the department in question.

Quality issues are the responsibility of Allan Cross, Quality Manager on 01709 856 003.

Can I collect in person?
Yes, it is possible to collect directly from our Doncaster Distribution Centre 24hr/day, the address is Eland Cables, Eland House, Eland Road, Denaby Lane Industrial Estate, Denaby Main, Doncaster DN12 4HA. You can download a map from our contact page.

Can you deliver by air freight?
Yes, depending on flight availability shipments can reach major airports in 48 hours.
Can you deliver by sea freight?
Yes, we can ship FCL (full container loads) or LCL (less, or partial container loads).
Can you deliver by road?
Yes, we regularly deliver by road to Europe and further afield. In short, if it is possible to road freight we will.
Can Eland Cables provide me with technical advice or assistance?
Yes. We have a dedicated technical and QA team who will be happy to assist you with any technical questions you may have.
Do you have a quality assurance system in place?
Yes. All of our quality systems are to ISO9001, enabling us to provide you with full batch traceability, certificates of conformity and ultimately peace of mind.
Can I meet with an Eland Cables representative?
Yes. We have a team of external sales professionals who cover both the UK and abroad. We encourage you to visit us at our London office which is a 10 minute taxi ride from St. Pancras International railway station and central London and easy to reach from the underground. Do you offer after-sales service?

How do I open an account with Eland Cables?
To open an account you can download a form from the account application page and either scan and email it to accounts@eland.co.uk, or fax back to 020 7241 8700.
Are your cables RoHS compliant?
Yes. Where applicable, all of our cables comply with RoHS standard regulations.
Which countries does Eland export to?
We export our cable worldwide. We have extensive experience in shipping abroad, in particular to Europe, Africa, the Middle and Far East. Click here to meet our export team.
Can you offer treated drums?
Yes, our cable can be supplied on heat treated or fumigated drums (sometimes referred to as non-wood packaging), and we can supply sanitary certificates.
Which languages are spoken at Eland Cables?
We conduct business in a range of languages including French, Spanish, German, Italian, Russian and Polish.

Yes. In addition, each member of our team is fully versed in the latest incoterms and export documentation.
