Since 1975 Eland Cables has been dedicated to providing exceptional service in the supply of electrical cables and cable accessories. Today, we are an international market leader.
In 2000, as a result of increased turnover and an expansion in our product range, we opened a state-of-the-art purpose-built Distribution Centre in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. This significant investment ensured continued quality of service, increased availability and wider choice. It also enabled us to build an enviable portfolio of successfully managed, high profile multi-million pound projects.
The introduction in 2001 of a dedicated Rail Division, followed shortly afterwards by the creation of a multilingual Export Division, has enabled us to accurately service an increased number of markets and industries.
Eland Cables' commercial headquarters are located in North London, supporting an outlying sales force covering the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe and worldwide.
Eland Cables consists of three divisions
Eland Cables Cable Division Our expertise stretches across a wide range of industries and we offer an expansive range of electrical cables approved to British and International standards, as well as accessories from stock and a cable sourcing service.
Eland Cables Rail Division Having built up a strong reputation we are proud to be working in partnership with Network Rail and its approved contractors, providing a range of approved cables and accessories.
Eland Cables Export Division We are a member of the UK Institute of Export, and service Europe, Africa, the Far and Middle East and the Americas with cables and cable accessories. Our comprehensive range of products is approved to international standards including BS, IEC, UL, DIN, VDE and CSA.
